Lt. Mark Robertson, Ret. - PRC Owner, Trainer, Seminar Instructor

- 28 years with the Shelby County Sheriff's Office in Memphis, TN. Uniform Patrol Division
- 4 years S.W.A.T.
- 17 years as a patrol dog and narcotics detection dog handler, trainer and unit commander of a 13 drug dog unit. 
- Member of the United States Police Canine Association and is a Certified Narcotics Detector Dog Judge. 
- He has conducted seminars for the U.S.P.C.A. at both Regional and National Training   Seminars. 
- Lt. Robertson is a graduate of the U.S. Customs Detector Dog Technical Trainers Course at Front Royal, VA.
- He is a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy "171" at Quantico, VA. where he received his Instructor Development Certificate. 
- Has been qualified and has testified as an expert witness in Federal Courts in Memphis, Nashville, Boston and the Eastern District of Arkansas. 
- Robertson is a Lead Instructor for the Multi-Jurisdictional Counterdrug Task Force Training Program out of Saint Petersburg College in Fl. 
- He has conducted training seminars for over 1200 canine teams all over the United States, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands and San Juan, Puerto Rico for the M.C.T.F.T. program.
- Certified narcotics detector dog trainer.
Narcotic K-9 drug dog training is the only focus at PRC. Class sizes are limited to 6 teams. You don't wait in line for a few minutes of training behind the patrol dogs.

- Graduated from the United States Customs Canine Enforcement Training Center in Laredo,   TX
- Graduate of the highly regarded IPTM K-9 Management School in Jacksonville, FL
- Graduate of the Instructor Development School for Law Enforcement Donelson, TN
- Long time member of the United States Police Canine Association
- Has competed and placed in the top 10 of the National Detector Dog Trials numerous  times. One of the dogs in his training group for which he was responsible won 1st place in the USPCA National Detector Dog Trials 2000
- Participated in Package Interdiction
- Developed and participated in the highly successful School Bus Interdiction program for the Jackson City School System

      Tim Hawn, AIC of ICE Team - Seminar Instructor

- 19 years in Law Enforcement – 9 years with Roane Co. Sheriff’s Dept. and 10 years with 21st Drug Task Force.
- 17 years experience handling and training with drug detecting K9’s.
- Currently Agent in Charge of 21st Drug Task Force Interstate Criminal Enforcement Team and supervises 5 drug detecting K9 Teams.  ICE Team has been responsible for seizures of   hundreds of pounds of drugs and multi million dollars in currency from Interstates 40, 65 and 75.
- 1999 to 2003 assigned to DEA Commercial Interdiction Task Force working a drug detecting  K9. 
- Tim Hawn and K9 Bo and later K9 Barko were responsible for seizures of hundreds of    pounds of drugs and multi million dollars in currency from airports.
- Member of United States Police Canine Association, National Narcotic Detector Dog

- 1978 dual purpose handler in the U.S. Army at Ft. Bragg, NC
- 1984 - 2007 Handler with Pinellas County Sheriffs Office. Worked explosive, patrol and narcotic dogs as well as a SWAT member and unit K-9 trainer for a 13 dog unit.
- 8 years in narcotics with DEA interdiction task force with single purpose drug dogs
- 2007 - 2011 worked as the K-9 trainer for the city of St. Petersburg's 12 dog K-9 unit
- Involved in local, national and international training seminars since 1988
- Taught at NNDDA national seminar, USPCA nation training seminars, Idaho and Washington State Police K-9 Seminars
- Level 2 trainer, Florida instructor/evaluator and national detector dog judge.
- Lead instructor and founder of the K-9 operations class at MCTFT
